Our team reviews documents manually to confirm your legal name matches your account and your address is current. After approval, you can withdraw funds. Your mulyajitu account balance always reflects the exact amount you deposit; no platform fee is deducted on entry.

mulyajitu offers a weekly cashback on qualifying activity. Cashback is credited to your account each week based on your betting activity the previous week. The exact cashback structure depends on your account tier and current promotions. Cashback is real balance—you can withdraw it like any other funds. A virtual account is a unique bank account number generated specifically for your mulyajitu account. When you choose bank transfer (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment), mulyajitu creates a virtual account number for you. You transfer funds from your personal bank to that virtual number. mulyajitu uses virtual accounts to instantly match incoming transfers to your account—eliminating delays and errors. Deposits to virtual accounts are credited within minutes. Your virtual account number is unique to you and remains active as long as your mulyajitu account exists.

Yes. You can request account closure via the Account settings in your mulyajitu account. Submit a closure request and we will confirm within one business day. Before closure, withdraw any remaining balance or it may be forfeited. Once your account is closed, it cannot be reopened—you would need to create a new account if you wish to use mulyajitu again. mulyajitu retains your data for seven years to comply with financial regulations, but your account access is permanently disabled.
